Snow Ice Cream

We have a fresh falling of snow again today!!! So the boys and I made Snow Ice Cream this afternoon! Yum-O!!

Approx. 1 gallon of fresh snow!

Mix 1 cup white, granulated sugar and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract. Add approx. 2 cups (we used more) of milk to get the consistency that you want for your ice cream.

Add sprinkles and enjoy!

I was able to get out and shovel most of the driveway this afternoon so that Daddy and Nina's parking spaces were clear when they got home. When James got home from work, he cleared out what I didn't clear and what had fallen over where I did clear. Ben got to help shovel the snow off the front steps!

Evie's TV Debut

Hi Friends and Family! I just got the following e-mail from Lindsey! Praise God for another way He can be glorified through Evie's precious life!

"Hi Friends and Fam (:

John Oakey came to our house last Tuesday to do a story on Evie and the organization 'Now I Lay me Down to Sleep,' and I just got word it's going to air tomorrow!

If you want to watch, it's going to be on KETV news, and should air around 6:45am. I forwarded John's email below with the information. If you are out of town it should be on their website, www.ketv.com later in the morning.
